Set of fundamental values and the principles for the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”

  8. Observance by the ARTPSC website of interests of authors of private campaigns and donors.
  9. Accounting of public opinion.
  10. Maintaining reputation of the ARTPSC, reputation of expected parents and donors.
  11. Openness of information.
  12. Social usefulness.
  13. Money not the purpose, but cure of a problem and realization of a mission.
  14. Need of remuneration for work.
  15. Transparency of financial transactions.
  16. Independence of partners and accurate definition of conditions of interaction with them.
  17. Independence of the ARTPSC of expected parents.
  18. Independence of the donor of expected parents.
  19. Inadmissibility of creation of new problems at the solution of existing.
  20. Inadmissibility to wish another that you will not wish yourself.

 

The rules and conditions realized in the Question-answer format are obligatory for all participants of the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”. Persons, whose announcements are posted in the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents” and their donors are obliged to follow the established rules.

Important!
The money received from donors during the private campaign we transfer non-cash bank payment to the clinics account (the center of surrogacy, the legal agency) which services future parents (further — Recipients) intend to use. Recipients cannot receive the donations collected during the private campaign on the ARTPSC website in any other way! For us and donors important that the money raised during the private campaign was spent on purpose which was initially specified at the address to us.

In case the Recipient of the financial donor support decided to refuse further placement of the announcement in the section “Donate Future Parents”, all financial support which is earlier collected to it equal parts is distributed between other participants of the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”, and its announcement is removed from the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”.

ARTPSC upon the demand of the donor can return the amount which is earlier transferred by him if the campaign which he supported is not complete. In case the campaign for fund raising is complete and the announcement is removed in the section “Donate Future Parents”, money to donors does not return.

We take parents privacy very seriously. It’s important to us that every parent posted on ARTPSC website understands what ARTPSC is and how it works. Our medical partners are responsible for ensuring that every parent understands ARTPSC and explicitly wishes to participate in the program.

The campaign can be posted by any who faced the shortage of money for carrying out one of programs of assisted reproductive technology, payment of expenses for surrogate mother etc.

Mail to us on fundraising@artpsc.org having described your problem in a free form. It is necessary to enclose your photo (married couple), the copy of the passport, the name and contact information of clinic of a reproduction in Russia or in Ukraine which services you would like to use. After obligatory check the reliability of information provided by you the campaign will be posted in the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”.

No. Citizens from any country can place campaigns. At the same time it is necessary to consider that we will be able to transfer the raised money only in Russian or Ukrainian clinic of a reproduction (the legal agency, the center of surrogacy etc.). In other words, if you the citizen of Germany, then before placing with us the announcement, you have to be defined in what Russian or Ukrainian clinic of a reproduction you will receive medical services. The same principle is applied to fee surrogate mothers. You can raise money through our website only for fee of surrogate mothers from Russia or Ukraine. This restriction is caused by the fact that we always check reliability of information and target expenditure of the received means of each private campaign.

Of course! We are 100% transparent. All of our financials are publicly available on our Transparency Document

Yes. We will return you earlier transferred sum of money if the private campaign is not complete and the campaign is not removed in the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”.

Yes, for posting of the campaign in the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents” it is not required that expected parents have official marriage.

Money which can be received during the private campaign is spent only for the purposes which you specified at the address. Change of purpose is allowed only in coordination with the manager of the ARTPSC.

After the necessary sum of money is collected, we will coordinate with you and clinic of a reproduction which services you are intended to use about the mechanism and terms when money is transferred to the bank account of clinic. We do not give out cash and we do not transfer in any other way, except as bank, non-cash target payment to the settlement account of clinic of a reproduction as payment for its services. We reserve the right to check target use, the money received during the private campaign, in order to avoid use of fraudulent schemes. In case during check target use is not confirmed, we reserve the right to refuse the transaction and all funds raised earlier will be distributed between other participants of the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents” in equal proportions.

Before posting a campaign in the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents” we carefully check the information about the persons who have address to us with such a request. If we have reasonable doubts, in this case we will refuse to place an announcement. If during the campaign or after its completion we receive information proving the false intentions of the person who placed the announcement, we will be forced to contact the law enforcement authorities with a statement about the attempt to seize the material means fraudulently.

There is no commission for collecting funds through the fundraising section “Donate Future Parents”. The only item of expenses may be a commission for banking services. On average, this figure ranges from 1% to 4.6% of the amount transferred.

We take your security seriously, and we go above and beyond to ensure that your payment information is safe on ARTPSC website. We start by serving our website over HTTPS, so that your browser only communicates with our server over a secure channel. If donating with a credit card, we back that up by validating your credit card’s CVC number to complete a donation, and by only storing the last four digits of your credit card number and the expiration date in our system. The rest of your financial information is managed securely on our behalf by PayPal or Yandex, a globally trusted payments company that has been certified a PCI Service Provider Level 1 by Visa.

Credit card companies and banks decline cards for many reasons. To ensure your financial information remains secure, ARTPSC does not receive details about why your card was declined. Unfortunately, this means we can’t resolve the problem for you. If your card is declined, please contact your credit card company or bank for help completing your donation.
