As we reported earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine suspects the known Kiev clinic of a reproduction BioTexCom of commission of a number of serious crimes such as: forgery, human trafficking and evasion of taxes. In turn in 3 days after the sensational events one of co-owners of clinic of a reproduction BioTexCom Albert Tochilovski said that the real purpose of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine is raider occupation of BioTexCom clinic and it does not exclude that in the nearest future the clinic will carry over some son of the official from prosecutor’s office. Albert Tochilovski’s statement for cases of raider capture of private business in Ukraine through the Prosecutor General’s Office not news. Unfortunately such “practice” is alive in Ukraine and we often hear in media and numerous Internet media about pressure cases from the Prosecutor General’s Office on private business. We should remember also that on corruption level Ukraine won in 2017 first place among 41 European countries and since then nothing changed. Knowing this fact, we of course assume that mister Tochilovski of the rights and the only reason of “attack” on its clinic this desire to take away their successful business from lawful owners. But there is one detail in this case which mister Tochilovski held back. We can accuse as much as necessary the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine of corruption, but whether we have sufficient bases to accuse of corruption the Italian law enforcement agencies thanks to which and it became known of this case? It is already proved by the Italian law enforcement authorities that documents were forged, and the children born in Ukraine by surrogate mother have no biological communication with one of Italian parents. The management of BioTexCom clinic was expressed earlier the intention to make own internal investigation in “the Italian case”, but on the date of writing this article of any information from them it was not obtained yet.
Mister Tochilovski on the YouTube channel tells how his BioTexCom clinic is successful (according to him BioTexCom clinic the most successful in the world that of course is extremely doubtful) and how many it brings advantage to society, including supporting sports clubs. Patronage it is fine, but whether this circumstance relieves responsibility for perhaps criminal activity of BioTexCom? No! And here what casts a shadow on reputation of the BioTexCom company and its co-owner so it is the detective story which happened in 2014 where the Albert Tochilovski working then in clinic of a reproduction BioTexCom at what position could not remember after the journalist’s question.
This story began already with suspicion on further crime because the female resident of the Kirovohrad region Marina Stetsenko the staff of the BioTexCom company persuaded to act as surrogate mother for married couple from Switzerland and to sign the blank contract in a hurry. Using that the woman did not understand legal subtleties and quickly enough became pregnant after IVF they did not hurry to give it her copy of the contract. There were months and to Marina term approached to give birth, she tried to explain to Albert Tochilovski that it needs the reference from BioTexCom for Kirovohrad clinic where it was on accounting, about that she is a surrogate mother. Albert Tochilovski refused rudely to do it, having explained that the BioTexCom clinic issues similar references to nobody and the tone which is not suffering objection ordered Marina to arrive in Kiev to give birth there. Marina was frightened and refused to give birth in Kiev without documents and in general to participate in similar swindle. As in a consequence it became clear Albert Tochilovski wanted that according to documents in the Kiev maternity hospital not Marina Stetsenko, and allegedly gave birth to the spouse of couple from Switzerland. After that Albert Tochilovski began to threaten that will make everything in order that Marina will be put in prison. Pregnant surrogate mother began to panic and for 5 days was afraid to leave the apartment. She at first was afraid even the journalist, arrived to interview her. As a result after the baby Julius’s birth it was reached even a hand-to-hand fight. Tried to take away the child from a surrogate mother Marina without having paid the promised fee of 8000 euros. And only after intervention of the New Channel and its lawyers, each party received what they wanted.
Certainly, this detective story does not prove guilt of BioTexCom and personally Albert Tochilovski in the last business at all “about sale of babies”, but can unless serve as a reminder that the patron mister Tochilovski can sometimes give himself for that whom he is not, and in his business the reputation plays perhaps key value.
